They both include desk top and web access of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of products. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote on up to 5 devices per user. This includes PCs, tablets and phones.

The subscription will also include your email hosting. You can use your own custom domain name (yourname@yourcompany.com)
